Rates
The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 to 6 people sharing two bedrooms - each for 2 people - and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Bedrooms : one double bed 160x200 | 2 single beds 90x200 | 1 sofa bed 140x200.
Included in the rental price
- Water, gas, electricity
- Cleaning
- Wireless Internet and digital TV
- “Basic Welcome Packet” (Senseo coffee, herbs, oil, vinegar, etc...)
- Kitchen towels
- Bed and bath linen is available for a supplementary charge of € 15,- per person
Pets are allowed on request. A non-smoking policy applies indoors.

Deposit
150 euros (to be paid into our back account to confirm reservation)
Please note: requested period is only reserved after the deposit has been received.
Payment of the rental price by bank account BE72 3100 0235 9816 must take place, at the latest, 14 calendar days before arrival.
Arrival

Payment of the rental price must take place through bank transfer 14 calendar days before arrival.
Departure
The dwelling should be broom-clean and empty upon departure. Pu the key back in the box next to the front door.
The deposit will be refunded the following day.
